Is it really free for 14 days?
Yes. Every feature, with no card. When the trial ends, choose a plan in Settings to carry on. If you don’t, the account stops until you do.
Do tenants pay anything?
No. The tenant app comes with your plan, at no cost to them.
What happens when I add more units than my plan covers?
Settings tells you, and you move up to the next plan from Manage billing. Nothing changes without you choosing it.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly costs ten months’ price. You cancel both the same way, from Settings.
What about VAT?
We’re not VAT registered, so there’s no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a cheaper plan without the books?
No. Every plan has every feature. The only difference between them is the number of units.
