  1. Client money mixed with the firm’s

    Every pound in the client account is named to its landlord, and nobody can be paid with another landlord’s money. Your fees move to the office account in the monthly run.

  2. Owners ringing for an update

    Owners sign in to see their statements, their share of the rent, open repairs, compliance and their tax figures. You invite each one from the building page with a link.

  3. Owner statements put together by hand

    Each statement is produced from the books: rent collected, costs paid and your fee. The owner sees the same statement when they sign in.

  4. A payment run one person can send

    The run that pays landlords, fees and suppliers needs a second person to approve it, then goes out as a bank file from your own bank.

  5. Everyone in the office has full access

    Give a maintenance coordinator the repairs and a bookkeeper the accounts. Six roles decide who sees and changes what.

  6. Calls from tenants you can’t hire your way out of

    Receipts, the deposit, repair progress, visit times and rent increase answers are all in the tenant app, so those calls stop.
